Chinese, products, ah yes, riddled with lead, antifreeze, and o what else, industrial waste? Last summer I had a plum from Shanghai. They gave it a fruity name, calling it a “dino plum” and what did it contain, besides sweet fruit? Probably some type of factory waste from Intel, Apple, or some leather tanning factory, or too much pesticide, that’s what! The plum stayed in me for a week before I got sick and lost eight pounds, and turned pale. In China, farms are near factories and factories are near rivers and fish are in rivers, which people eventually eat. Chinese are about prospering at the expense of nature, people, and the world. Sure, the CEO’s are rich, but at the expense of kids playing with toys and being poisoned with lead, people who brush their teeth with cheap Chinese toothpaste and die from antifreeze consumption, and a whole list. From Tires, toys, toothpaste, vegetables, fish, cars, electronics, fruits, diapers, what’s next on the list China? I’m sick and tired of hearing about Mattel recalls, tire recalls, and the FDA banning my favorite canned fish! But everyone, the blame isn’t all on China, as who is buying these products? Its North America, it’s the people of the world, it’s ignorant who buy these toys and then blame it on China, when it was really we who wanted these in the first place. This is also due to extreme outsourcing, without proper quality control and sub-sub contracting. Nowadays, companies are cutting costs and expecting the impossible, and being irresponsible with quality control. But now the corporations who choose to do this and ignore the problems, now, are paying the consequence as there are recalls, deaths, poisonings, and other dangers. So lets, send a strong message as consumers, that we will not buy Chinese products, and when the money stops flowing in, in such hoards, then China and companies will have no choice but to put more care and attention to safety in their production. We the consumers are the most powerful force to stop this injustice, so lets be weary of what we buy and stay away from these products. Look at your label when you buy, look at your foods too! Do they have an unnatural colour? Do they say “grown or made in China”? Look, and be savvy consumers of the goods that you purchase. Show these companies that you demand the utmost quality and safety from your products. Don’t buy “made in China”!
Take a look at this list of recalls. The lists are huge!
